WARNING: Adult supervision required and must wear protective eye wear while operating equipment keeping spectators at reasonable distance.
Fill spinning head assembly with sugar mix while unit is turned off ensuring not to over fill.
Turn the motor switch to ON.
Switch on heater switch and turn dial to a higher position.
When floss starts to produce, turn heater control adjustment down to green area of meter
After initial filling of head with sugar mix it is not necessary to stop the machine to fill head with sugar. Top up head when required. It is recommended to top up every 8-10 servings of floss to ensure correct balance of head at all times.
When finished making Candy Floss please do the following.
Turn motor switch off
Remove bowl from machine to wash using warm water and dry then replace. Do not dispose of mesh and clips! Give the floss machine a quick wipe with a clean wet rag so that sugar does not harden to equipment.
